Xootr Swift Folding Bike with major upgrades!!!!

July 01, 2020

Here's a one of a kind machine!  The Xootr Swift is a great riding folding bike in its own right, but the previous owner of this bike really decked this out with a lot of major upgrades.  Start with the German 14 speed internally geared hub, known for amazing reliability and durability, and add to that a lighting system powered by a Shutter Precision dynamo hub.  The wheel rims are the excellent Velocity Aeroheat, and the tires are Schwalbe Marathons.  The bike is in very good mechanical shape and should have years of use ahead of it.  Hurry now to own this truly unique machine.  The rear hub alone costs more new than we are asking for the whole bike.  Sized for taller riders (5'9" and up).

Rans Sequoia Crank Forward

June 28, 2020

The "crank forward" design is a cross between a recumbent and a conventional "upright bike."  You get a comfortable seating position that takes weight off your arms, shoulders, etc.  In addition, you can have both proper leg extension while pedaling AND can put your feet down on the ground when you stop.  The Sequoia is designed for taller riders.  New they are selling for close to $2000, so this is a really good deal.  See more about this model here:

Bike Friday Nomad

January 31, 2020

A nice basic travel bike from Bike Friday, complete with the suitcase to pack it in.  Older, but in good condition and set up with a 21 speed drive train, and a rear rack to carry stuff.

March 23, 2019

An older but very nice ICE trike, from back when they sold them under the Trice name.  The Q-series had the lower-slung frame similar to the current Sprint series, and NT means Narrow Track, where the distance between the front wheels is a bit narrower than the standard (27" instead of 31").  This comes in handy when you're dealing with going in and out of conventional doors, or on trails with bollards.  A really nice riding trike!
